Watches review queues across repos. Sends a polite first ping at 4h, escalates at 24h, pings team leads at 48h. Closes the loop on approval/close. Uses an LLM to draft personalized nudges based on PR size and reviewer load — small PRs get a one-liner, large ones get context.
